The underwriting artefact

Not a questionnaire. A feed.

The attested, aggregate, privacy-preserving exposure stream a portfolio can be rated on, produced by the same tokens that govern each action, read here as units of exposure rather than units of compliance.

The token, read as an exposure unit

Every governed action already carries the rating-relevant fields.

Token fieldRating relevance
Rule-set version + hashWhich constraint envelope was in force; ties exposure to a signed policy version.
Constraint classThe peril category the action falls under.
Verdict (permitted / blocked)Realised prevention vs. admitted action, the raw frequency signal.
TimestampExposure over time; renewal and endorsement windows.
Model identity + versionChange-point detection; the systemic-update trigger.
Appliance attestation stateWhether the valve was intact when the action cleared.

Gate record — the block is as auditable as the pass. The release-signature field is struck through: no bytes were released. The override route shown is bounded, a consent-registry cure for this LK-001 block, and no route exists for LK-003, the minor-likeness bar.

Aggregation & privacy

The feed is aggregate-only: rates, mixes and drift statistics, never decision contents, never worker-identifiable data. This is a design property of the token stream, not a configuration a customer can switch off, and it is the same property that lets these tokens serve the worker-protection story, the two audiences read each other's pages, and neither is asked to trust a promise about what the feed leaves out.

Events an underwriter cares about

Existing machinery, read as policy-condition analogues.

Machinery already in the systemPolicy-condition analogue a carrier may adopt
Guarantee-invalidation event (a certified bound no longer holds)Mid-term condition trigger.
Re-certification on model change, measured shift, or calendarRenewal and endorsement points.
Drift threshold breach across the decision streamAccumulation alert.

These are analogues a carrier may adopt, not policy terms Triodian sets. The machinery exists to govern actions; a carrier decides whether and how to attach a condition to it.

A signed feed specification and specimen, not a promise.

Actuaries and MGA product teams can read the field schema, the aggregation guarantees, and a specimen feed before any engagement.
