No most-favoured-licensee deal, and none for your competitors either. Every licensee sees the same published rate.
Anti-accumulation →
A fixed percentage-of-AI-revenue ceiling on aggregate exposure, so every future admission broadens the pool without raising what anyone pays. The specific rate is published in the prospectus and the annual transparency report.
Small-entity exemption →
Thresholds in the prospectus, the regime is not designed to tax entrants out of existence.
Transparency mandate →
Agreements, allocations and distributions published annually, FRAND and the cap verifiable against the record, not on trust. Our own inversion, applied to ourselves.

Custody

The claim set will be custodied by the Casuarina Foundation, a charity being established with ACNC registration underway. The anti-acquisition provision, never exclusively transferable to a single private entity, is the licensee's protection, not a slogan.
